Thanks - In the big pit. correct.

We just got a $10,000 grant for a wooden pump track - I hope it will be finished this fall. I will post when it is completed.

I have not been out there in a couple months - how are the trails holding out? might need a mowing I bet. Did you see anything that need fixed - boards, jumps? I hope to get out there soon to build transitions and spread the dolomite.

I haven't been out there in a few weeks, but everything was intact just a couple sections were a tad bit overgrown... nothing that effected the ridability though.

Well it was a slow process for this season - We have all the transitions made now so no more 3-5 ft drops to flat. Still have to spread a bit of dolomite around but the trail is nice to play on. Remarked the back half with more yellow paint - the trail markers are small but will be finished out. (are on the 1st half)

We got our money for the Wooden Pump Track. The builder is working on the design flow and should be completed by this fall. Looking forward to it. I think we are going to install it in the big pines next to the picture above (2nd rollers and teeter). Nice big pines and open area.

WE NEED A HEAD COUNT - If you are going out there at all - bikes - hikes - what ever I need to know. The grants are getting hard to pass because we dont know how many people are using it. Please email me with number of time you have been out there and where you are from - GR - Newaygo - Grant - type of thing. I will be trying to install a sign up sheet at the trail head next year.

Thanks for your help in keeping us going.

FYI on the pump track.

The building said he will be starting construction end of september and should be in a month or so. depends on how the corners turn out and difficulty in building them.
